Enter a microchip code in box below to check whether it is registered on our database.
If the microchip is not registered on our database, you can search the europetnet database (www.europetnet.com) to identify if it is registered on another Irish or European microchip database. Europetnet is a group of national and local associations based across Europe who register owner information about pets that have been uniquely identified with a transponder(microchip).
Micro Dog ID only supplies and records microchips which comply with ISO Standard 11784 and are capable of being read by a reading device compatible with ISO Standard 11785.
Animal Welfare Officers can log into the Micro Dog ID website to get further details regarding individual microchips.
